What should I bring to my appointment?

All patients should bring all of their glasses, their insurance card, and their ID with them for every appointment.

If you wear contact lenses, please wear them to your appointment and bring your glasses.

New patients or patients who have not seen Dr. Clark for more than 3 years need to fill out and bring with them the necessary forms found here.

What is parking like at the office?

Make sure to arrive early for your appointment to allow adequate time to find a parking spot. Throughout downtown Manhattan Beach there are metered parking spaces and garages. Meters accept coins and credit card. If you need change, we can provide it for you.

Does Dr. Clark offer pediatric exams?

Yes, she usually sees children age 2+ through teens.
